Including Chair Exercise, Yoga type stretches, as well as circuit training exercises for a full body workout.  There is something for everyone to take just one step at a time to work towards better health and fitness. Our Mission

My name is Paula Watson-Gardner a professional qualified Personal Training, Group Exercise Instructor, Health Coach,and Author and have been building my Health and Wellness Business for a number of years. My early years were spent as an athlete which I believe gave me a love for fitness and to respect the human body. Therefore I have spent much of my time supporting others who really want to improve their health anf fitness levels.
